Let’s Collaborate!
I hold an emerging awareness that it is necessary to address the roots of trauma and injustice for individual and collective healing and liberation. I am passionate about reconnecting to what it means to be an embodied, relational human, and am inspired to connect with others on reimagining wholeness at the intersections of intergenerational trauma, current structures of oppression, and a generative and co-creative future.

Koksilah Music Festival 2019
September 6 - 8, 2019
It was a delight to be a part of a festival that nourishes our movements for social and cultural change, providing treatments by donation in support of the Unist’ot’en and Hiiye’yu Lelum Society Youth Inclusion Project.
During this time of cultural crisis, the issues we are faced with are often brought forward in our hearts up at Koksilah, such as grief, loss, anxiety, fear, and anger. This can be a lot for our bodies and hearts to process. Culturally we are in need of transformation and it is important that we have resources to support our healing, growth, and liberation.
To me, this year the magic was found in moving into more presence and engaging in relationship -with the elders, the healers, the change-makers, the open hearts, the grief, and the tension that is brought forward as we all move through what it means to be in right relationship with the process of reconciliation and rebuilding of trust. Everyone had a story for being there, for desiring something different, for encountering a deeper sense of belonging, and to heal. It was an honour collecting stories all weekend and witnessing an uplifting of indigenous, BIPOC, and queer communities. The demonstration of community care was real and rippled hope into our hearts.
Thanks for all who provided such beautiful feedback about the booth 💛
I am looking forward to returning next year!
Deathly Matters Conference 2019
May 25, 2019
Those who are dedicated to doing death better and are committed to amplifying the voices not readily heard within mainstream narratives came together for a one-day community conference to share resources, learn, and connect about death and dying.
I spent the day sharing my perspective on how acupuncture and my services can be a helpful support for the many physical, emotional, and spiritual discomforts around all deathly matters.

Koksilah Indigenous Resurgence Festival 2018
September 7-9, 2018
Grateful to have served the community this weekend at the Koksilah Music Festival, which celebrates art, activism, and indigenous resurgence at the Providence farm in Cowichan Valley, on unceded Quw'utsun Territory.
I had the pleasure to offer treatments by donation to Sarah Smith's fundraiser to support the Elders of the North from the Tahltan community. Here is a link to get a feel for the elders themselves and the land they protect and come from: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oruEWK3l2o4
