During times of transition, grief, recovery from trauma, as well as experiences from ongoing impacts of systemic oppression, these sessions are designed for both individual and group settings.

Sessions include mentoring and consultation for embodiment practices, nervous system regulation tools, self-care, and trauma-aware support with the focus to increase the internal resources of the body, mind, and spirit by:

  • providing nervous system support and regulation to increase the capacity to heal and grieve

  • offering a safer space for attunement, witnessing, and containment of your experience

  • providing suggestions for how to honour your healing and grief in meaningful, safe, and purposeful ways that are unique to you

  • building upon the inherent wisdom, resilience, and safety of the body

  • cultivating opportunities to connect and ground into your source of power

  • reinforcing and strengthening a healthy sense of boundaries


Individual sessions:

  • Both in-person or remote sessions via phone/skype are available

Group sessions:

  • To help facilitate meetings, workshops, or gatherings
